What to Expect When Attending the ‘Productivity for Executives’ Presentation
Increasingly popular, this 90-minute Executive Summary can be presented to a small group of executives and their personal assistants or to a larger group of executives and senior managers.
Individual Follow-Up Executive Productivity Coaching
After attending the Executive Productivity presentation, attendees are provided with written instructions to customise their Outlook. This is necessary to implement the strategy of deferring work embedded in emails to tasks and to use Outlook Tasks as an all-encompassing to-do list.
Experience tells us this is something many executives do not have the time nor inclination to do. Therefore, a brief individual follow-up coaching session is highly recommended to ensure executives are provided with the necessary support to make sustained changes. Optimally the follow-up coaching is provided for individuals within days (and no later than a fortnight) of attending the Productivity for Executives presentation.
